Senza Glutine by Carmela will slowly begin to ease into retirement on February 1st of 2022. Carmela, owner, and operator of Senza Glutine states “I would like to thank all my customers for their loyalty and continued support the past nine years, it was our pleasure serving you.”
Carmela has offered gluten-free meals and delicious treats to the Hudson Valley, working from her own certified facility since 2013.
